As a SEMH Teaching Assistant you will be working with children across the school in KS2 to support those who have a range of needs, providing behavioural and pastoral support.

JOB DESCRIPTION – SEMH Teaching Assistant

  • SEMH Teaching Assistant
  • Working in KS2 supporting children with additional needs
  • Providing academic, behavioural and pastoral support
  • Working alongside a fantastic team of Teachers & support staff
  • Long Term & Full Time – until at least July 2025
  • £90 - £105 per day (depending on experience)
  • Good academics across the board – degree, A levels, GCSEs
  • Good understanding of SEMH / SEN is required
  • Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEMH / SEN would be ideal
  • Calm, caring and committed to working with children with SEMH / SEN
  • Must be able to use your own initiative – in & out of the classroom
