Position: CACHE Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant

Salary: £95 - £105 per day

Contract: Long-term, term-time only

CACHE Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant role:

• Work across Nursery & Reception (ages 2-4), supporting children’s early learning and development
• Conduct Phonics, Spelling, Reading, and Writing sessions, helping children build their literacy skills
• Support students with mild Special Educational Needs and promote inclusivity within the classroom

About the Role:

As a CACHE Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting early years education. Working closely with the class teacher, you will help to deliver engaging lessons, especially focused on phonics and literacy skills. Your role will involve helping children in Nursery and Reception, ensuring they receive the best early educational experience possible. Additionally, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team of professionals and have access to ongoing professional development.

What we are looking for:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years, CACHE, or Health and Social Care (or higher)
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how to support children’s development
• Previous experience working with EYFS age children, preferably as a Primary Teaching Assistant
• A bubbly, energetic personality with a passion for working with young children.
• The ability to work effectively within a large, collaborative team
