As a Cover Supervisor, you will be covering absent Secondary Teachers in a range of subjects, focusing on raising attainment, and driving the standards and quality of learning throughout the school.

JOB DESCRIPTION – Cover Supervisor

• Secondary Cover Supervisor
• Working across KS3 & KS4
• Covering staff absences
• ASAP start
• Long Term & Full Time – until at least July 2025
• £120 - £130 per day (depending on experience)

PERSON SPECIFICATION – Cover Supervisor

• Must have a Degree from a reputable University
• Good academics across the board are essential – GCSEs, A Levels, degree ideal
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• You must be confident within the classroom
• Good understanding of the Secondary Curriculum is essential
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on your feet
