Finance Assistant Opportunity:
- Finance Assistant – Secondary School & Sixth Form
- ASAP start
- Full Time – 30hr working week – 4 days a week
- Working hours 9am – 3pm
- Temp to perm contract
- Salary £125 - £131 a day (depending on experience)

- Experience with Sage 200 essential

Role & Responsibilities – Finance Assistant
- Maintenance of departmental expenditure records
- Liaising with suppliers regarding invoices
- Inputting all invoices onto FMS and processing BACS payments
- Assistance with cash flow statement involving allocation of monthly expenditure
- Receiving timesheets and expense claims
- Analysing data and producing reports
- Maintenance of accounts filing system
- Overseeing centralised ordering and negotiating discounts for bulk orders
- Providing assistance to other staff members with regard to purchasing
- Safekeeping and banking of monies received
