Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our SEND team and play a key role in supporting students at our school in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping students achieve their potential and who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support teaching staff in delivering lessons across the curriculum
  • Assist individual students or small groups to remove barriers to learning and ensure all students can access the curriculum
  • Provide administrative, technical, and resource support to a range of subjects
  • Help create an inclusive classroom environment that fosters engagement and learning for all students
