EXPERIENCED TEACHING ASSISTANT – CROYDON – LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to support KS1 and KS2 students at our vibrant Primary School in Croydon. This long-term, full-time role is ideal for a skilled professional eager to make a positive impact on young learners.

THE ROLE – EXPERIENCED TEACHING ASSISTANT:

• Support students 1:1 or in small groups
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
• Provide positive reinforcement and praise to foster student development
• Engage in practical and holistic-based work
• Support children with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, medical needs, complex needs, and physical disabilities

JOB SPECIFICATIONS – EXPERIENCED TEACHING ASSISTANT:

• School hours: 8.30 am to 3.30/4 pm (term time only)
• Previous experience supporting primary-aged students is essential
• Full-time, long-term position for at least one academic year
• Daily rates between £85 - £100 depending on experience
• Friendly and supportive leadership team
• Conveniently located next to a mainline station, with on-site parking available
