Our school, governors and supportive Parent Teacher Association (PTA) wish to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, enthusiastic practitioner, to help promote our fabulous school. This is an excellent opportunity for a class teacher to join our school, and onboard more responsibility in respect to a core subject.

Our Primary School is a two-form entry primary school situated in Plaistow. We have easy access to an underground station and have well served bus routes.

Who we need:

We are looking for a class teacher with a passion for learning and a commitment to improving outcomes for all. Our Primary School was judged Good in its last Ofsted inspection and behaviour and attitudes were praised. We are now looking to build upon our successful Ofsted and strengthen our teaching team.

The successful class teacher should:

• Be able to lead a core subject – either Mathematics or English
• Display passion for learning and has a good understanding of how to raise standards
• Be able to prove themselves as an exemplary practitioner that is able to lead by example
• Have a proven track record in raising standards in a curriculum area
• Be highly organised and able to prioritise workload
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with pupils, colleagues, parents/carers and other professionals
