About the Role: Graduates - Aspiring Teachers

As a Graduate and Aspiring Teacher, you will support classroom teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons, providing both academic and pastoral support to students. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced educators, gain classroom management skills, and contribute to the overall development of students. You will work closely with the teaching team, gaining insights into lesson planning, student assessment, and differentiated teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lesson delivery, working alongside the class teacher to ensure lessons run smoothly
• Help students with their learning, providing one-to-one or small group support to reinforce key concepts
• Assist in maintaining a positive and structured learning environment, promoting good behaviour and active student engagement
• Help students with social, emotional, and behavioural development, ensuring they feel supported and encouraged
• Participate in professional development and training to support your teaching career, including exposure to lesson planning and curriculum development

Requirements: Graduates - Aspiring Teachers

To be considered for this exciting role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

• A recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• Strong desire to pursue a career in teaching and make a positive impact on students’ academic and personal development
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A positive, proactive attitude with a strong commitment to student success and wellbeing
• A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, or willingness to apply for one
