A small and friendly Primary School in the inner London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea are looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in KS2.

You will be working across Years 5 and 6 as a SEN Teaching Assistant. As an KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will be working in a school with a real community feel.

JOB DESCRIPTION – SEN Teaching Assistant

• SEN Teaching Assistant
• Working in KS2 – Year 5 &Year 6
• Working with children on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Full time & long-term role – until at least July 2025
• £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

PERSON SPECIFICATION – SEN Teaching Assistant

• Good record of academics – degree, A level, GCSEs
• Good understanding of SEN is required
• Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN would be ideal
• Calm, caring and committed to working with children with SEN
• Must be able to use your own initiative – in & out of the classroom
• Holds a registered DBS or be willing to apply for one ASAP
