Job description – Learning Support Assistant

  • Learning Support Assistant
  • Working in Secondary school – KS3 – KS4
  • Supporting children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Supporting academic and social progress
  • Long term and full time – until at least July 2025
  • £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

Person Specification – Learning Support Assistant

  • Strong academics across the board – degree, A level, GCSEs
  • Experience in a previous role (paid or voluntary) would be ideal
  • A ‘can do’ approach and positive attitude to innovation and change
  • Perfect for aspiring Secondary Teachers!
  • You must be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Holds a registered DBS or be willing to apply for one ASAP
