Graduate Teaching Assistant

Graduate Teaching Assistant – The requirements:
- Previous work with children – either in a school setting or externally through avenues such as volunteer work or tutoring etc
- A genuine desire to work with children, including those SEN
- A caring, compassionate and resilient nature
- A 'can-do' attitude but also being pro-active rather than always waiting for direction
- You will require a DBS check (which we can support you with)

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working with children, some of whom will have Education Health Care Plans (EHCP's) who will usually require additional support with certain tasks, or when breaking problems down.
