Key Responsibilities
- Process payments, invoices, and reconciliations using FMS software – must have FMS experience
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the school, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Support the senior leadership team with financial planning and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with school and local authority financial regulations
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proficiency in using FMS (Financial Management System) is essential
- Proven experience working as a Finance Officer within a school setting
- Strong understanding of school financial procedures and regulations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
