ROLE: Secondary Teaching Assistant  

START DATE: ASAP 2024, until July 2025 – Full-time & Long-term

PERSON: 1st Class/ 2:1 Graduates with relevant experience – Paid or voluntary child-related/ SEN experience  

PAY: £85 - £100 per day plus weekly pay 

LOCATION: Islington – North London

Clarus Education is working in partnership with a wonderful Islington secondary school searching for passionate and ambitious graduates to fill this Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant vacancy. 

 

This Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant position will involve you supporting a number of learners with SEN and additional learning needs within Key Stage 3, or 4, on a 1-to-1 basis. You will also be required to get involved with break-time/ lunch-time activities, so graduates who are particularly sporty and creative are well-suited to this position. 

 

Whether it is voluntary or paid, you MUST have some existing experience supporting individuals who have special educational needs, particularly ASD, ADD, or ADHD.
