Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary School - Croydon
Clarus Education are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work alongside teaching staff to support learning in our Croydon Primary School.

Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will organise and administer interventions, have a good knowledge of the primary curriculum, be able to provide guidance and support to less experienced staff members and will offer whole class cover and supervision in event of short-term absence.
Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
- Working with class teachers and other TAs to support learners access our curriculum
- Creating opportunities for all learners to reach their full potential
- Supporting children with additional needs
- Helping to prepare resources for learners
- Cover supervision in the event of short-term absence
- Organising and running intervention strategies
- Providing guidance and support to other staff where required
- Supporting supervision at breaktimes
