Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Southwark

Contract: Full-Time, till at least July 2025
Salary: £90 - £110 per day

About the role:

  • Graduate Teaching Assistant - with STEM background
  • Graduates (2:1 and above) in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Engineering
  • Placement to start ASAP for the entire academic year
  • Mon-Fri 8.45am to 3.50pm
  • £85 - £110 per day

This Outstanding and progressive secondary school – 11 to 16 years – has room to accommodate multiple graduate teaching assistants with STEM backgrounds.

The school is looking for raw talented graduates who have a love for their chosen field / subject. The school will provide you with all the tools that you need to become a valuable graduate teaching assistant.

As a graduate teaching assistant in a STEM subject, you will be deployed into the classroom to inspire young learners. You will support classroom teachers, work in small groups and, with training and experience, take study groups that will help raise attainment in STEM.
