As a Tutor Fellow, you will be working in a school with the highest academic aspirations, but also where a caring, family-orientated culture is maintained throughout.

In your role as a Tutor Fellow you will be working with children in Year 3, delivering intervention groups and supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis, with a focus on developing children’s skills in the curriculum area of either Maths or English.

This Tutor Fellow position is the perfect role for someone looking for experience to support their future career working with children, such as aspiring Primary Teachers. Many Tutor Fellows who have worked at the school previously have gone on to train as Primary Teachers through the school’s training programme.

• Working in Year 3
• Supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis
• To improve standards across the school
• Working alongside a fantastic team of Teachers & support staff
• January Start
• Long Term & Full Time
• £85 - £100 per day + excellent healthcare package
• Potential to extend in September
• Located in the Borough of Westminster
• You must be able to commit until at least July 2025

PERSON SPECIFICATION – Tutor Fellow

• Must have a Degree from a reputable University
• Strong academics across the board – Degree, A levels and GCSEs
• Experience in a previous role would be ideal
• Proactive, reflective and committed
• Passionate about the potential of every pupil
• Motivated to continually improve standards and achieve excellence
• Must be able to use your own initiative – in & out of the classroom
• You must be able to work effectively as part of a large team
