Teaching Assistants (TA’s) – Primary School – Southwark
A successful Primary School in Southwark is looking to appoint enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to add to their large and enthusiastic SEND provision.
As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will be working either on a 1:1 basis with children who require additional support to access the curriculum, or more general cover in lessons. The role will be a mixture of mainstream lessons and designing bespoke interventions with smaller cohorts as and when required.

Teaching Assistant – About the role:
- Working with a range of SEND students
- Supporting children in and out of the classroom
- Providing pastoral and academic support
- Long Term & Full Time – entire academic year
- £90 - £100+ per day (depending on experience)
- Good understanding of SEND needs
- Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEND would be ideal
- Passionate about supporting children with SEND
- Calm and compassionate nature with the ability to demonstrate patience and sensitivity
- Holds a registered DBS or be willing to apply for one ASAP
