A fantastic and diverse Primary School in the Borough of Ealing are looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant for an ASAP start.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be working with a child in KS1 (Year 1). You will be supporting the child on a 1:1 and small group basis.

The school are keen to appoint bright graduates with a passion for working with children with SEN.

JOB DESCRIPTION – SEN Teaching Assistant

• SEN Teaching Assistant
• Working in KS1 (Year 1)
• Working with a child on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Child has a medical condition – must be comfortable supporting personal care
• ASAP Start
• Long Term & Full Time – until at least July 2025
• £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

PERSON SPECIFICATION – SEN Teaching Assistant

• Must have a degree from a reputable University
• Good understanding of SEN is required
• Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN essential
• Passionate about supporting children with SEN
• Calm and compassionate nature
• Ability to demonstrate patience and sensitivity
• Holds a registered DBS or be willing to apply for one ASAP
