Secondary Behaviour Mentor – SEN School – Camden
An Outstanding SEMH/SEN school in Camden is seeking a dedicated SEN Behaviour Mentor to join their committed team. This unique school supports students across KS3 and KS4, encouraging each to achieve beyond their perceived potential through an engaging and adaptive curriculum.
As a SEN Behaviour Mentor, you’ll work closely with students facing various challenges, including behavioural needs, low literacy/numeracy, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH. You’ll help create a calm, productive environment, leading small classes or intervention sessions in reading, literacy, and numeracy, and supporting sports activities.
Role Highlights:
Provide behavioural and learning support for students with SEMH/SEN
Engage students with a hands-on learning approach
Run group sessions and work one-on-one in the classroom
Full-time, long-term contract; £95 - £110/day (depending on experience)
Start date: ASAP
