About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time, term-time professional to start ASAP, providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND. The role includes offering well-being support for students who may become dysregulated and working closely with the school SENCO and psychologists. The successful candidate will also assist in writing EHCPs and individual support plans. This position is Monday to Friday.
Learning Support Assistant opportunity:
- Recent graduate with a 1st class or 2:1 degree in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, or a related field
- Strong academic background and commitment to supporting vulnerable students
- Previous experience working with children or in an SEND environment
- Outgoing, confident, and eager to make a positive impact in students’ lives
- Passionate about pursuing a career that supports student well-being and development
- Holds a registered DBS or be willing to apply for one ASAP
