This role is perfect for any hard-working graduate who is looking to gain valuable experience before going on to teacher training or further education!

 

You will be working across KS3,4 & 5 supporting pupils with behaviour difficulties, and helping them to grow and develop, both in terms of academic and social / pastoral progress. It’s a fantastic role with huge potential for caring and driven graduates who are keen to make a difference daily.

JOB DESCRIPTION – Behaviour Mentor

  • Behaviour Mentor
  • Working across KS3,4 & 5
  • 1:1 & small group sessions
  • Must be able to inspire and motivate pupils
  • Long Term & Full Time – until at least July 2025
  • £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION – Behaviour Mentor

  • Strong academics across the board – degree, A level, GCSEs
  • Experience in a previous role would be ideal
  • A ‘can do’ approach and positive attitude to innovation and change
  • Perfect for aspiring Secondary Teachers!
  • You must be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Holds a registered DBS or be willing to apply for one ASAP
