Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant – Wandsworth

You will be working in the Year 2 and Year 3 class as a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, providing SEMH support to children on a 1:1 and small group basis.

Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant
- Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant
- Working with children in Year 2 & Year 3
- Supporting children with SEMH
- Working with children on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Working in and out of the classroom
- Delivering interventions that support regulations (eg: sensory circuits, movement breaks)
- Supporting with academics and SEMH check ins
- Long Term & Full Time – until July 2025
- £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
- Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEMH, essential
- Calm and compassionate nature
- Trauma informed / emotion coaching experience ideal
- Ability to de-escalate and support pupils with self-regulation
