Person Specification – Year 1 Class Teacher

• Must hold UK QTS
• Not suitable for ECT’s – potentially ECT + 1 candidates will be considered if confident to teach KS1
• Strong academic background including degree, A levels & GCSEs
• Applying excellent subject knowledge to teach an engaging curriculum
• Graded ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ in recent lesson observations
