Pay Scale Outer London M1 to UP3 - £34,514 - £51,179 per annum

We are a successful and happy school and work in partnership with such enthusiastic children, committed staff and supportive parents and governors and are actively seeking Year 1 Primary Teacher to join our Year 1 team. We are proud of our consistently high performance in public examinations.  We also offer a wide range of enrichment activities to support and engage our local community and we hope as a Year 1 Primary Teacher this will be something you will help us continue to achieve.

 

Year 1 Primary Teacher - Our new Primary Teacher will:

  • be passionate about making a positive difference to children’s lives within a culturally diverse community
  • have the ability to inspire others to learn and develop through collaboration and communication
  • promote a broad and balanced curriculum that meets all children’s needs
  • have a creative and innovative approach to both planning and delivering lessons
  • be resilient, adaptable and able to deal with challenge
  • be able to teach engaging, appropriately pitched lessons across each Key Stage
  • have high expectations for all pupils and plan effectively differentiated lessons to support a variety of learning needs
  • be enthused by team work and will work collaboratively with colleagues in the interests of both the pupils’ and one’s own progression

 

Year 1 Primary Teacher  - We will offer our new Primary Teacher:

  • caring, hard-working, and friendly staff who are dedicated to the school’s continuous improvement.
  • supportive, engaged parents who enjoy working with staff to support their children’s learning journey
  • opportunities to develop in the role through training sessions and mentored support

 

The post would be suitable for teachers at an early stage in their career who are looking to take on additional leadership responsibilities as well as teachers looking to start their ECT inductions.

 

Please note that as a school, we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time for a Year 1 Primary Teacher. All Year 1 Primary Teacher applicants must have a Qualified Teacher Status awarded by the British Department of Education.
