At Clarus Education, we work with various schools across London, and currently we are looking for experienced and/or qualified Middle Leaders in Secondary or Primary Schools who are available to commit to a full-time role from 2^nd September 2024.

** All the roles listed below are full time posts for September 2024**

SCHOOL MIDDLE LEADERS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING ROLES:

• Assistant Headteachers
• Phase Leaders
• Year Group Leaders
• Core Subject Leaders
• Head of Maths
• Head of Science - ALL specialisms (Chemistry, Physics, Biology)
• Head of Computing / Computer Science
• Head of MFL (French & Spanish)
• Head of Humanities (History, Geography, RE)
• Head of English
• Head of Art & Design
• Head of Social Science (Psychology/Sociology)
• Head of PE
• Head of Design & Technology
• Head of Media Studies

The Essentials:

• Must hold UK QTS – essential
• Obtained an NPQML/NPQSL – desirable
• Strong academic background including degree, A levels & GCSEs
• Applications welcomed from experienced teachers or ECTs
• Graded ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ in recent lesson observations
• Ability to teach across EYFS-KS2 in Primary Schools or KS3-KS5 stages to a high calibre for Secondary Schools
• Good understanding of subject curriculum
• An advocate for your subject/phase
• Able to deliver creative and engaging lessons
• Team player - able to work both independently as well as part of a team
