KS1 Teaching Assistant

We are a dynamic Primary School in Ealing seeking a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. This full-time, long-term position begins immediately.

We're seeking a compassionate individual with a genuine desire to support others. As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with Year 1 students, providing both group and 1:1 support, particularly focusing on phonics.

This role is ideal for those aspiring to become Primary Teachers, offering valuable hands-on experience before formal training. Candidates should hold a degree from a reputable university, possess strong academic credentials, and ideally have previous experience.

Our school fosters a supportive environment, providing ongoing training and development opportunities, including Teacher Training for outstanding candidates. Located in Ealing with excellent transport links, we offer a competitive salary of £90 - £100 per day with weekly pay.

Ideal Candidate – KS1 Teaching Assistant:

  • Must have a degree from a reputable University
  • Must have a strong academic background – A levels and GCSEs
  • Experience in a previous role would be ideal
  • Must have an outgoing, forward-thinking and creative personality
  • Must have a caring personality and a genuine passion for helping others
  • You must be able to commit until July 2024
