As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), it is important that you have support with your wellbeing, your teaching and your future career as well as making an impact for students from diverse backgrounds. 

Across our Secondary Schools in London, we have a focus on building a pipeline of Secondary Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for various subjects where you can join us and make a difference where it matters most. We have a particular interest in the following subjects: 

• Art and Design 
• Science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics) 
• Computing  
• Business Studies and Politics  
• Design and Technology, Textiles, Graphics & Product Design 
• MFL – French, Spanish and German 
• Humanities – RE, Geography, Psychology and History 
• PE 

We are a supportive school with a focus to provide excellent education and opportunities to all children, regardless of their background.  

Our ECT Programme offers a two-year induction with support from an in-school mentor and ins school ECT tutor. With sessions in-person and online, you’ll get a chance to meet a range of ECTs across the network and offer peer support and ideas! 

Please note that as a school, we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time. All applicants must have a Qualified Teacher Status awarded by the British Department of Education and a Secondary subject.
