Clarus Education are on the hunt for hardworking and inspirational Behaviour Support Mentors to join a fantastic Primary School in Barnet. With pupils from a range of backgrounds, the SENCo is seeking the support of proactive Behaviour Mentors this year to support across the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 supporting pupils with behavioural difficulties.

Role: 

  • Behaviour Mentor – EYFS, KS1 and KS2 
  • Work alongside the SENCo  
  • Provide 1:1 & small group support to students with EAL & mild SEN  
  • Work closely with students who have challenging behaviours  
  • Plan & deliver booster sessions 
  • Run social & emotional interventions  
  • Full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00) 
  • Long-term (ASAP 2024 – July 2024) 
  • £85 - £100 per day + healthcare/ leisure package  

 

Who are we looking for? 

  • 1st Class/ 2:1-degree Graduates ideal 
  • Dedicated & committed individuals  
  • You MUST be hardworking and willing to tackle challenges head-on 
  • Previous behaviour-related experience is required  
  • Understanding of working with young people
