Busy Bees this Month!
March was a very busy month here at #ClarusEducation! With the Easter holidays upon us, its a great time to catch up with everything we've been up to lately...
We managed to pack an awful lot into March!
The team continued to liaise with our client schools regarding long term support roles and also managed to secure some last minute, permanent roles for teachers starting in the Summer term. We wish them all the very best in their new posts!
We are also working hard to find the best teachers and support staff for the new academic year. If you are interested in a new challenge, do check out our live vacancies to see what is available.
We don't like to neglect the social side of life at Clarus either! We had a fantastic team meet at the start of the month, where we had a productive brainstorming session about social media and other focus points. With the business section out of the way we then had great fun running our own little Clarus Bake Off, in support of our #charitypledge for SwimforCake. All very yummy and for a good cause!
We had further cause for celebration when we congratulated Rebecca Ramirez and Bethany Telford on successfully completing their probation! Both have made a great impression and no doubt will continue to impress!
We also had fun getting involved with #ComicRelief. We celebrated Red Nose Day with a Who Nose quiz, with Anwen Middleton and Krystina Cheshire winning some goodies for their efforts. It also seemed like a good excuse to share some more pictures of the Clarus pets! Too cute!
Meet the Team
This month we get to know our newest employee; Education Consultant, Anwen Middleton.
What boroughs do you cover? Hackney, Waltham Forest, Lambeth
Why education recruitment? I’m an ex English teacher. Being in the classroom wasn’t for me anymore but this was a way that I could make sure that the right people were getting into the classrooms, as education and the development of children are still both incredibly important to me.
Describe yourself in three words: Loyal. Obsessive. Sarcastic.
Now for the really important stuff! This or that?
Chocolate or cheese? Neither as I developed a dairy allergy a few years ago. I miss cheese every day though!
Beer or bubbles? Bubbles
Cats or dogs? Dogs
Films or books? Books
Hero or villain? Whichever looks better in a three piece suit!
Early bird or Night Owl? Night owl
The team will be taking advantage of our holiday hours at the start of this month. It'll give us a chance to rest, before heading into the Summer term rejuvenated and ready to help our candidates and client schools fulfill all their recruitment needs for the upcoming academic year. If you are interested in a role in Education, why not register your interest with us today!
We'll also be providing tips on CV writing and Interviews ahead of the resignation deadline. Keep an eye out for some helpful hints from out team.
Enjoy the holidays!
