JOB DESCRIPTION – SEN Teaching Assistant

  • SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Working in either EYFS / KS1
  • Supporting children with a range of SEN needs
  • Working with children with Autism / ASD
  • ASAP Start
  • Working hours 8.30am – 4.30pm
  • Long Term & Full Time
  • £75 - £90 per day + healthcare package
  • Located in Erdington

PERSON SPECIFICATION – SEN Teaching Assistant

· Good academics – degree, A levels and GCSE

· Must have the ability to build rapport and trust with pupils

  • Good understanding of SEN is required
  • Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN would be beneficial
  • Calm and compassionate nature
  • Psychology education or experience would also be beneficial
  • You MUST be able to commit until at least July 2022
