Clarus Education are looking for experienced Primary supply Teaching Assistants required for a group of friendly, welcoming Primary schools in West London.

Primary Teaching Assistant

  • EYFS, KS1, KS2
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning, ensuring that individual educational goals are met
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and interventions
  • Help to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment, promoting positive behaviour and conflict resolution among students
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community
  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
  • Ability to be flexible and work with short notice
  • £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
