Clarus Education are looking for experienced Primary supply Teaching Assistants required for a group of friendly, welcoming Primary schools in West London.

Primary Teaching Assistant
- EYFS, KS1, KS2
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning, ensuring that individual educational goals are met
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and interventions
- Help to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment, promoting positive behaviour and conflict resolution among students
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
- Ability to be flexible and work with short notice
- £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
