We are seeking to recruit talented and enthusiastic graduates with a passion for education to work with our students between the ages of 11 and 18. The successful candidate will be supporting and teaching students within the classroom environment, operating at a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).

 

Learning Support Assistant - Job specification:

The objectives of a Learning Support Assistant will differ according to the individual requirements of each student. Their overall function is to support students’ diverse Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) through the academic, personal and behavioural elements of school life. This position provides the ideal opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic Learning Support Assistant with vision to help shape an ethos of care, respect, high achievement and challenge

Learning Support Assistant - Requirements:

  • Degree from a reputable UK university
  • Good academics across the board
  • Experience of working with children (voluntary or paid)
  • Can commit to at least the end of this full academic year
  • Reliable and adaptable to work within the classroom or with SEN students
