A two-form entry school with a strong reputation of being consistently ‘Good’ by Ofsted, is looking to find an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching assistant to support classes across KS1.

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • 2:1 or 1st class degree from a reputable university 
  • Passion for education and special needs 
  • Aspirations to use the experience for future careers 
  • Responsible and professional work ethic 
  • A desire to work with children and support learning 
  • Experience in Psychology, particularly with children 
  • Have an individual creativity and can share ideas with their team 

About the Role: 

  • SEN TA: Years 1 – 6 (Ages 5-11) 
  • Supporting role focusing on interventions with SEN children 
  • Following plans from the class teacher 
  • Liaising with other class teachers if needed elsewhere 
  • ASAP 2024 start 
  • 8:30am until 4:30pm hours, 5 days a week 
  • Term time only  
  • Earning £85 - £100 per day
