Clarus Education is seeking to appoint a driven and motivated Year 6 Graduate Teaching Assistant to a consistently Outstanding Primary School that pride themselves on maintaining a friendly atmosphere for their children and staff. 

This opportunity is perfect for someone who is looking to progress in a Primary Teaching career and is looking to gain some invaluable experience in the classroom. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• KS2 Teaching Assistant – Year 6 Class 

• Support with Literacy & Numeracy Interventions  

• Assisting with the preparation of learning activities, displays, resources and visual supports 

• ASAP start  

• Long-term and full-time role 

• Primary School in the London borough of Islington 

• £85-£100 per day (depending on experience) 

• Great transport links – access to the Overground, Bakerloo and Jubilee Lines – Zone 2 

The successful candidates will be supporting pupils in Year 6 through a combination of small group sessions, 1:1 interventions and general classroom support. Strength in Literacy and Numeracy is a MUST for this position.
