A warm and welcoming two form entry Primary School in the London borough of Camden are seeking to recruit a fantastic EYFS ECT (Reception Class) to join their team in January 2025.  

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of staff who take pride in offering an inclusive, caring and stimulating learning environment for its pupils. The Head is keen to find a class teacher for a Reception Class, which makes up part of an excellent Early Years (EYFS) Team. 

ALL applicants MUST be qualified, with a strong understanding of the Early Years framework.

JOB DESCRIPTION: EYFS ECT 

Your role as an EYFS ECT will include but not be limited to: 

• Early Years (EYFS) post  

• Teaching Reception Class 

• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework required! 

• Full Time  

• Permanent contract 

• MPS 1 – 2 (£38,766 - £40,609) 

• January 2025 start 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:  EYFS ECT 

The ideal candidate for this EYFS ECT position will have the following:  

• EYFS ECT (Reception Class)  

• Qualified & UK QTS required! 

• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework & curriculum 

• Must be graded ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ in lesson observations 

• Confident & Strong Classroom Management skills 

• Positive & creative approach to learning as well as the ability to adapt and think outside the box
