No, not at all. Our services are paid for by the schools recruitment and staffing budgets.

This purely depends on the type of contract you are offered. A permanent or fixed term contract will be through the school and local authority. A long term contractor will tend to be employed through CE, as the school or position requires flexibility.

Most definitely. From the moment you apply to accepting a post our team will offer advice and support, helping you to best prepare. Our consultants have an excellent understanding of the education system and of their clients’ expectations.

We insist on meeting all candidates face to face as a matter of principal and safety. Our vetting procedures are thorough and in line with DfE Guidelines.

Simple – we listen. You will have an in-depth and well structured interview with one of our consultants. They will go through exactly what you are looking for in your new job.

Ideally the sooner the better, as schools will want to see evidence of your ability and employability. We are entirely governed by you, and will NOT contact your current employer or referee unless you say so.
